Cancellation Policy

Once an order has been placed through our online website, you can notify us that you require a cancellation. We will do our best to cancel the order before the goods are dispatched. However, we can’t guarantee cancellation before the order is dispatched. If the order has already been dispatched,  we ask you return the goods, once the goods are returned we will refund your full amount for the order. We are unable to cover the cost of returning the goods.
