Cheese Bread Rolls

These crispy cheese bread rolls are easy to make and a delicious everyday snack. The creamy cheese filling is perfect to combine with Blackbelt Whey Protein Concentrate Raw Protein Powder and add some proteins to your meal. The recipe calls for Feta cheese, grated Gouda, and plain yogurt. You can add some cottage cheese and Greek yogurt, but this is optional. Season with your favorite spices and enjoy!

Ingredients:

1 cup all-purpose flour

1 x 40 gram scoop Blackbelt Whey Protein Concentrate Raw Protein Powder

½ tsp baking soda

1 cup Feta cheese, crumbled

½ cup Gouda cheese, grated

½ cup plain yogurt

¼ cup parsley, finely chopped

½ cup butter, melted

1 tbsp salt

3 tbsp sunflower seeds

Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line some parchment paper over a large baking sheet and set aside.

In a medium-sized bowl, combine feta with grated gouda and parsley. Stir well and set aside.

In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, Blackbelt Whey Protein Concentrate Raw Protein Powder, and baking soda. Gradually add yogurt and butter. Beat well with a hand mixer on high speed. Transfer to a lightly floured surface and knead until smooth. Divide into 6 equal balls.

Roll out each ball into a thin circle. Cut each circle into 6 equal wedges and fill with one tablespoon of the cheese mixture. Gently roll each piece from the outer side to the point. Sprinkle with sea salt and sunflower seeds.

Gently transfer onto a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
