Crispy wraps with creamy cottage cheese filling are definitely one of my favorite snack recipes. It takes just a couple of minutes to prepare them and you’ve got a fabulous snack to-go. Creamy cheese filling can be replaced with chocolate, homemade jam, fruits, or even spinach. Whatever you decide, I’m sure you will love it.

Ingredients:
5 oz cottage cheese
3 oz Feta cheese, crumbled
1 x 40 gram scoop Blackbelt Whey Protein Concentrate Raw Protein Powder
3 oz sour cream
2 large eggs
2 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped

In a mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese with Feta cheese, Blackbelt Whey Protein Concentrate Raw Powder, sour cream, parsley, and one egg. Beat well on low until smooth. Set aside.
In another bowl, whisk together the remaining egg and two tablespoons of lukewarm water. Cut each puff pastry sheet into 3-inch x 4-inch pieces and brush with the egg mixture.
Add one tablespoon of cheese filling in the middle of each pastry. Fold the sheets over and pinch the edges with your hands. Brush with the remaining egg mixture and place wraps onto a baking sheet.
Bake for 15 minutes.
