Good homemade pizza goes perfectly with almost every topping combination. This one combines creamy mascarpone with gouda and button mushrooms for a beautiful cheese flavor you’ll love. Ingredients:
For the crust:
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup rolled oats
1 tsp dried yeast
2 x 40 gram scoop Blackbelt Whey Protein Concentrate Raw Protein Powder
½ cup milk
3 egg whites
1 cup cream cheese
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp sea salt
½ tsp powdered stevia
¾ cup lukewarm water
For the topping:
1 cup mascarpone
½ cup gouda, grated
½ cup button mushrooms, sliced
3 tbsp tomato paste
1 tsp dried oregano
Preparation:
First, you’ll have to prepare the pizza crust. Combine all dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Mix well and milk, egg whites, cream cheese, olive oil, and water. Beat well on high speed for 3-4 minutes. Remove the dough from the mixing bowl and transfer to a lightly floured work surface. Knead until smooth and wrap with plastic foil. Set aside for one hour.
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. In a small bowl, combine tomato paste with three tablespoons of lukewarm water and oregano.
Roll out the pizza dough into the desired size. Brush with tomato paste mixture and sprinkle with grated gouda. Top with mascarpone and button mushrooms.
Optionally, sprinkle with some olive oil and bake for 12-15 minutes.
