Ingredients:
1 lb lean ground beef
2 eggs
2 egg whites
½ cup milk
¼ cup mascarpone
1 x 40 gram scoop Blackbelt Whey Protein Concentrate Raw Protein Powder
½ tsp salt
½ tsp dried rosemary
¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper
¼ cup all-purpose flour
3 tbsp olive oil
Preparation:
Grease a large skillet with olive oil and heat up over medium-high heat.
Combine the ingredients in a large bowl and mix well with your hands. Roll meatballs to about 2-inches in diameter. Gently place in the skillet and cook for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally.
