Serves: 5
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 15 minutes
Ingredients:
1 lb elbow macaroni
1 cup cottage cheese
2 tbsp sour cream
¼ cup Feta cheese
¼ cup Parmesan cheese
1 x 40 gram scoop Blackbelt Whey Protein Concentrate Raw Protein Powder
¼ cup cooking cream
½ tsp dried oregano, ground
¼ tsp dried basil, ground
¼ tsp black pepper, ground
2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
½ tsp salt
Preparation:
Place the macaroni in a deep pot. Add enough water to cover and stir well. Bring it to a boil. Reduce the heat to medium and cook for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from the heat and drain. Set aside.
Heat up the olive oil in a deep, heavy bottomed pan. Add cottage cheese, Feta cheese, sour cream, Blackbelt WPC Plain Protein Powder, Parmesan cheese, and cooking cream. Briefly cook – for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Season with oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.
Add cooked macaroni to the pan. Give it a good stir and serve.
