Mushroom Tagliatelle

This cheerful, mushroom tagliatelle recipe uses a natural color and a beautiful mushroom aroma to shape a perfect picture on your plate. Ingredients:

1 lb spinach tagliatelle

1 cup button mushrooms, chopped

¼ cup heavy cream

1 x 40 gram scoop Blackbelt Whey Protein Concentrate Raw Protein Powder

2 tbsp butter

2 garlic cloves, minced

3 large eggs, beaten

2 oz Parmesan cheese, grated

1 tsp dried oregano, ground

½ tsp salt

¼ tsp black pepper, ground

Preparation:

Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain well and set aside.

Melt the butter in a large skillet over a medium-high heat. Add garlic and saute for 1 minute. Add mushrooms and stir-fry for 5 minutes.

Meanwhile, combine heavy cream, eggs, Parmesan cheese, and Blackbelt WPC Plain Protein Powder in a large bowl. Stir in the mixture into the skillet with mushrooms. Season with salt and pepper. Reduce the heat to low and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from the heat and add cooked tagliatelle. Stir well and season with oregano. Enjoy!
